We offer global shipping (excluding Asia and some remote areas) with two convenient options:

  • Delivery Time: 10-15 business days after shipment
• Free Shipping:
  • Carrier: EMS
  • Cost: Free for orders over $50
  • Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after shipment

Order Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

We stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward returns and exchange process within 15 calendar days of receiving your item(s).

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be:

• Unused and in its original condition.
• In the original packaging, including all parts and accessories.
• Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Products

For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, the following products are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Sharps & Biohazard Containers (due to potential contamination risks).
• Hazardous Waste Containers (designed for safe containment of dangerous materials and cannot be resold).
• Opened or Used Trash Bags (for hygiene reasons).
• Any product that has been used, installed, or is not in its original sealed packaging.

Please choose carefully when ordering these items.

Step-by-Step Return/Exchange Process

1. Initiate a Request: Within 15 days of receiving your order, contact our customer service team at [email protected] with the following information:
   • Your full name
   • Order number
   • Product name and quantity
   • Reason for return or exchange
2. Receive Instructions: Our team will review your request and, if approved, provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions within 2 business days. Do not ship anything without an RMA number.
3. Ship the Item: Securely package the item in its original packaging with a copy of the proof of purchase. Ship it to the address provided. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped or defective product).
4. Processing: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange.

Refunds

If your return is approved:

• Timeline: Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days after we receive and approve the returned item.
• Method: The refund will be applied to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal). Depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. For exchanges, we cover the standard shipping cost for the replacement item.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon receipt. To exchange an item for the same product, follow the returns process above and specify that you request an exchange.
