At Cheap Trash & Recycling Store, we stand behind the quality of our waste management and recycling solutions. We are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied with your order, we’re here to help with a straightforward returns and exchange process.

1. Return & Exchange Eligibility

You have 15 calendar days from the date you receive your item(s) to request a return or exchange.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:

• Unused and in its original condition.
• In the original packaging, including all parts and accessories.
• Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.

2. Non-Returnable Products

For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, the following products are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Sharps & Biohazard Containers: Due to the potential risk of contamination.
• Hazardous Waste Containers: Specifically designed for safe containment of dangerous materials and cannot be resold once dispatched.
• Opened or Used Trash Bags: For obvious hygiene reasons.
• Any product that has been used, installed, or is not in its original sealed packaging.

Please choose carefully when ordering these items.

3. Step-by-Step Return/Exchange Process

Step 1: Initiate a Request

Within 15 days of receiving your order, contact our customer service team at [email protected] to initiate the process.

Please include the following information in your email:

• Your full name
• Order number
• Product name and quantity you wish to return/exchange
• Reason for the return or exchange

Step 2: Receive Instructions

Our support team will review your request and, if approved, email you within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on where and how to ship the item back. Please do not ship anything back without an RMA number.

Step 3: Ship the Item

Securely package the item in its original packaging and include a copy of your proof of purchase. Ship the item to the address provided in your instructions. The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product).

Step 4: Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange.

4. Refunds (If Applicable)

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed:

• Timeline: Within 5-10 business days after we receive and approve the returned item.
• Method: Your refund will be automatically applied to your original method of payment (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal). Please note that depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable. For exchanges, we will cover the standard shipping cost to send the replacement item to you.

5. Exchanges (If Applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon receipt. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please follow the process above, specifying that you request an exchange.
